These policies apply when you rent. Please read before reserving.
Smoking, vaping, or cannabis strictly prohibited. Vehicles may include smoke sensors.
Fee: $250–$400Pets allowed but vehicle must be returned clean. Fee applies for excessive hair or odor.
Fee: $150–$250Vehicle returned with same fuel level as pickup. Fueling charge may apply.
Covers FasTrak, bridges, express lanes. Unused balance refunded. Overages billed to card on file.
No illegal activities or reckless driving. Violation = immediate recovery and forfeiture of all deposits.
Only the approved renter may drive. No subleasing or lending the vehicle.
Vehicle may not leave California without prior written permission.
All vehicles GPS-tracked. By renting, you consent to GPS monitoring during the rental period.
Zeo Drive Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any rental at its sole discretion.
Failure to return the vehicle without authorization may be reported to law enforcement.
Returning renters inactive for 3+ months may need updated identity verification before renting again.

Submitting a reservation does not constitute a rental agreement and does not guarantee vehicle availability or approval. Reservations build the waitlist for launch.
Valid California driver's license, identity verification, and required deposits before pickup.
Expected: $300/week rental, $400 security deposit, $80/week toll deposit, $780 total to start. Pricing confirmed at launch.
Rentals are weekly. Early return does not entitle a refund. 200 miles/day or 1,400 miles/week included. $0.30/mile after.
1-hour grace period. After grace period: $25 flat fee + $10/hour. Beyond 24 hours: full additional day charge may apply.
Only the approved renter may drive. No subleasing. No illegal activities. Delivery apps permitted. Rideshare requires written approval. California only without permission.
Vehicle returned with same fuel level as pickup. Fueling charge may apply.
Security deposit ($400) refundable after inspection. Toll deposit ($80/wk) covers toll usage; unused balance refunded. All payments via Stripe. Card on file required. No chargebacks.
Zeo Drive Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation or rental.
